When Shadows Fall
When shadows fell across our lives, And dimmed the sunshine’s glow, In many ways, you helped us bear Our grief, and onward go. Your tender love and thoughtfulness, A tower of strength became, To lean on, through our recent loss, To ease the numbing pain. Your words of comfort, cards and flowers, Means more than we can say, And this little note of ours, Our thanks to you convey.
